Also, meditation sessions, nutritional guides, online recipes and progress-tracking tool.  To increase engagement and maximize results, users receive personal telephone consultations with InstaFit's coaches and nutritionists as well as added to small instant-messaging support groups with peers.  InstaFit, continually producing new content and scouting for wellness disciplines to add to its primary service or as stand-alone programs.
