What Is Insight Treatment Programs?

Insight Treatment Programs specialize in treating psychological disorders common among adolescents. Our programs include an Intensive Outpatient Program for substance abuse and co-occuring disorders, a sober Day School program, and outpatient groups for teens including: eating disorders group, early intervention group, social issues group, self esteem group, and more. Additionally, we offer individual and family therapy for teens and their parents. Insight's Intensive Outpatient Program for teens provides a high level of structure and supervision for adolescents and their parents. The program consists of teen groups, individual psychotherapy for teens, psycho-educational groups for teens and parents, multi-family groups, parent education, parent coaching, life skills groups for teens, and individual and family counseling. Teens are given drug tests throughout treatment. The program is designed to intervene on drug use and other self harming behaviors, educate teens and parents about the nature of substance use disorders and provide skills for living a healthier life style. Our sober Day School program provides a therapeutic academic environment for teens who may need a smaller, more structured setting than traditional high school. Therapy services are available for teens who may not need the structure of an outpatient program but who might benefit from individual, group or family therapy.
