The mission of ITS ME is to be the technology group for the small office; home office market. We will resolve our client's computer and networking needs. We will travel to their home or business. We will advise them on all new and existing technology. We will allow them to focus on their core business as we focus on their technology needs. Through quality customer service we will become partners with each of our clients. We will not only listen to the customer we will work in concert with the customer. Our philosophy is to always provide the customer with sound technical advice that meets their financial and business perspectives. We do not tell the customer what they need, we provide alternatives and suggestions. The specific goal of this company is to change the way people view technology. By providing quality customer service we will partner up with our customer to ensure them we understand their problems and we do care. Through partnerships with our customer and vendors we will draw the road map for their company's technology and help them along the way. Our customer will benefit from our 16 plus years in Information Technology. They will also benefit from our philosophy that sometimes the business needs more then one or two ways of doing a specific task. Our office is centrally located in Colts Neck New Jersey, giving us the unique ability to service the Ocean, Middlesex and Monmouth County area. Finally, we believe a business should give back to the community. We are committed to volunteering at our local schools and chamber of commerce.
