In December 2019, Holmbergs acquired China based Safety Plus Co. Ltd., which focuses on harness systems for Child Safety seats. In November 2020, Holmbergs acquired Romanian based Te-Rox Prod Srl., which is a leading European producer of covers and harness systems for child safety seats.
