ClassHero is a K-8 Teaching Platform whose vision is to simplify teacher workflow so that “differentiated learning” is achieved easily and in an everyday classroom setting, regardless of subject area. To achieve its goal, ClassHero ties the district's choice of curricular resources (aka textbooks) and student assessment data into intelligent, “1-click” data-driven workflows, turning the teacher's regular clutter of curricular resources and data into a coherent, differentiated curriculum. In the process, ClassHero also addresses several related teacher needs and everyday-challenges: progress and proficiency monitoring, automatically providing language supports for English language learners (ELL) students (in 34 languages!), enabling homeroom teachers to collaborate with Special Education and support teachers, generating reports for parents, connecting school and district administration with usage and outcomes reports.
