Hickory's Smokehouse is inspired by the open-hearted service style and delicious barbecue food of the Southern USA. On our road trips, in search of new menu ideas, we've criss-crossed all the Southern States from Texas to the Carolinas via Louisiana, Mississippi and Georgia. \r\nOn our travels, we've all been struck by the generosity of the Southern people, and by the warmth of their hospitality. We've done our best to bring some of that 'Southern State of Mind' back home and to bring it to life in our bars and restaurants. Its key to what Hickory's Smokehouse is all about.
