Our affordable, flexible programme offers: Non-residential: The ‘Dayhab' model fits around daily life, allowing clients to recover at their own pace around work and home life Proven results: A US study shows that Dayhab is as effective, if not more so, than residential rehab Qualified, experienced staff: Access to behavioural and person-centred therapy delivered by specialist psychotherapists, all of whom are in recovery Affordable: Our 6 week 66 hour online programme cost £19 per hour and our 6 week 130 hour face to face programme costs £23 per hour Drug and alcohol testing is included 12 months of free aftercare We also offer a family programme as part of our core treatment for both our online and face to face platforms Fewer than 3% of people seeking help for alcohol or drug problems receive intensive treatment.
