Grow Though Life Counseling is a team of excellent psychotherapists with a mission to help youth in San Diego County. We know early intervention makes a lifelong difference. We provide counseling services in San Diego County for children, teens and families. We treat anxiety and depression and most other mental health diagnosis and concerns. We help families with losses including: divorce, death, deployments and moving with a special interest in helping children with developmental or social delays. We provide family counseling, individual counseling and group counseling. We treat all ages and have multiple locations: Eastlake Chula Vista, Scripps Ranch, Del Mar and Oceanside. We are in network with Tricare and Triwest and offer Superbills for all other types of insurance. We takes HSA's and FSA's directly. Sliding scales is also available with our pre-licensed associate staff. We provide high quality and high integrity counseling to families who are in stressful situations.
