Through a number of websites, the goal of Grand Design is to provide tools and offer services that apply those patterns in useful ways: from providing recommendations that are unique to each user for a variety of products, to offering customized instruction to help students navigate online classes, to organizing and presenting reader feedback comments in a way that makes searching and summarizing those ideas almost effortless.
