The Good and Roberts Company was founded in 1979 in San Diego as a specialty general contractor focused on tenant improvement and small shell construction within the Aerospace, Manufacturing, and Life Sciences market sectors. Over the past 37 years, the company has grown in size and complexity of projects, while still maintaining the personality of a relationship based contractor with over half of its work coming from repeat clients. Markets we currently serve include, Commercial Office, Retail, Entertainment, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Higher Education in both public and private sectors. In 2013 the company was acquired by Pasadena based C.W. Driver as Good & Roberts, LLC (G&R). Annual revenues range between $35 and $40 Million. The company maintains a staffing level of 30 administrative employees (Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Estimators, Accountants and Administrative Support). G&R also maintains a staff of 12 to 15 tradesmen with expertise in Drywall and Metal Stud Framing, Rough Carpentry, Doors Frame Hardware and Soft Demolition. These self-perform capabilities provide a greater level of service to our clients. At Good & Roberts, LLC we believe strongly in the power of the Golden Rule.
