Golden State Bridge, Inc. (GSB), a general contractor based in Benicia, California, has rapidly succeeded in earning a reputation for excellence in heavy construction. David credits this success to GSB’s team of Vice Presidents, Paul Lukaszewicz and William Reames, GSB’s CFO, Ann-Marie Talbot, GSB’s field and office staff, and all of GSB’s Superintendents, foremen and construction professionals.
