Frymer Construction was founded in 2002 by David Frymer, a second-generation builder who got his start in the family business. David's father, Edward Frymer, started E. Frymer Construction in the 1970's and Frymer name is well known and respected in the greater Los Angeles area for construction of high quality multi-family housing.
