Located in the heart of "Silicon Valley" in the State of California, the Fremont Union High School District serves over 9,200 students in a 42 square mile area covering all of Cupertino, most of Sunnyvale and portions of San Jose, Los Altos, Saratoga, and Santa Clara. The five high schools of the District . . . Cupertino, Fremont, Homestead, Lynbrook, and Monta Vista . . . have garnered many awards and recognition based on both the achievement of students and the programs designed to support student achievement.
