Ennovar at Wichita State University is an institute of applied learning. The goal is to emphasizes education, emerging technology, experiential learning, evolutionary research, exploration and engagement. Ennovar is a derivative of the Spanish word “innovar,” which means, “to innovate.” Ennovar is adding jobs and growing the economy -- fulfilling WSU's strategic plan -- and paving the way for additional organizations on campus that make the Innovation University concept real -- right now. Ennovar employs 50+ engineering, communication, graphic design, and MBA students who work along with a professional staff that lead in the areas of research and technology, project management, technical marketing, student support and budget oversight. The Ennovar staff is committed to strengthening Wichita State's reputation in research and technology in order to drive the economy.
