We live each and every day with the mission to lead change, uplift others and value people – and we achieve this goal by lending money, fundraising, volunteering our time, teaching financial education and more, all across our state. \n\nBack in 1952, Credit Union 1 began as a small Anchorage teachers’ credit union. Since then, we’ve grown to serve over 80,000 members from Ketchikan to Nome. Together, we represent a large and diverse membership base that extends to anyone who lives or works in the great state of Alaska. Credit Union 1 branches are located in Anchorage, Eagle River, Fairbanks, Ketchikan, Kodiak, Nome, and Soldotna.
