We have immediate openings for the following positions: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Are you a hands-on, experienced, tenacious, aggressive leader, trainer and motivator who is passionate about your career? Do you have at least 4+ years business, sales, product or marketing management experience with at least a four year degree and tremendous energy? Are you a motivated and self managed hard charging driver who is just as comfortable around a computer as you are getting down in the trenches? As our Business Development Manager, you will be a major team player who will help guide us to the next level. Some of your hands-on and management responsibilities will include: Develop and rollout national programs to our dealership network Direct and implement marketing strategies Travel (30% to 50%) in the field to meet with dealers and other allied companies Develop and manage a process for acquiring new dealers for various product lines Research market conditions on local, regional or national area to determine potential sales of product or service Supervise staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control our business development department Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports showing sales volume, potential sales, etc… Prepare annual budget, schedules expenditures, analyzes variances and initiate corrective actions Develop, administer and track best practices data Develops detailed action plans and coordinate the same with our sales and marketing departments Craft-Bilt Manufacturing Company is an EOE M/F/D/V.
