What Is Contact Solutions?

Contact Solutions offers a number of locator services to its clients. The CSI polling site locator service is used during local and national elections to aid voters in locating their designated polling site. Sponsoring organizations advertise a toll-free number for voters to call into the IVR application. The IVR collects the voter's zip code and looks up the name and address of their voting site using system integration to a database containing voting locations and their associated zip codes. The application then speaks the name and address of the polling site using advanced text-to-speech technology. Voters with additional questions also have the opportunity to transfer to the nearest voters' rights organization, again based on the voter's zip code. In conjunction with the polling site locator application, Contact Solutions also provides a web portal that displays up-to-the minute statistics with the number of calls automated by the service, sorted by state and zip code. This valuable information is used by the sponsoring organizations to uncover and address voter education and notification issues in voting districts around the country. Many retail institutions deploy store locator services. Contact Solutions geo-locator technology provides easy-to-access driving directions, mapping and locations for callers to find exactly the business or site they seek - quickly and cost-effectively.
