Nichols Hills is an exclusive bedroom community and is surrounded by Oklahoma City and The Village on the north, and by Oklahoma City on the south, east and west. Nichols Hills is a primarily residential area, but has several small exclusive commercial districts. Nichols Hills is also known to have some of the highest housing prices in the state, and has one of the highest average household incomes in Oklahoma. Nichols Hills is home to the Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club, a private establishment. The City of Nichols Hills is a full-service city government, providing water, sanitation, police and fire services and has over 30 landscaped parks.
