Our mission is to inspire the people of Charleston to connect with their parks and together create stunning public spaces and a strong community.\n\nWhat we do is from the heart. We strive to make Charleston parks beautiful, keep the parks beautiful and make the parks fun for the community to enjoy. This is accomplished through the dedicated work of our staff, Park Angel volunteers and donors.\n\nThrough our Park Renovation efforts, we and community members identify the parks that need some TLC and put together the plan and tools to make that happen. Together we create stunning public spaces for our community.\n\nNurturing our parks is a long-term commitment. Conservancy volunteer programs ensure ongoing care throughout the year and for many years to come.\n\nThe Conservancy, with the help of many amazing volunteers, puts on a number of events throughout the year. There is something for everyone. Whether you are looking for a family friendly event, an educational experience, or just a really good party, each event showcases a beautiful Charleston park and the different ways to experience and enjoy them.
