Castle Dental is part of the Smile Brands Group Inc., the largest provider of support services to general and multi-specialty dental groups in the United States based on number of dental offices. Smile Brands Inc. was founded in 1998 through the acquisition of three West Coast support services organizations and grew through the acquisitions of Monarch Dental in February 2003 and Castle Dental in June 2004.
