Cannon Constructors, Inc. was founded in 1978. Operations were expanded into San Francisco and Orange County in 1995 and 1999 respectively. The managing principals, John Locascio and Michael Stieger, have maintained a commitment to their clients, a dedication to quality, service and an acute awareness to their fiduciary responsibilities. Principals Michael Adler and Larry Pace directly manage Northern California operations. The principals of Cannon Constructors have over 75 years combined experience in team building. Teamwork is the cornerstone of the general contractor's contribution to commercial projects. Teamwork results in fast project turnaround within a realistic cost framework. Teamwork promotes the close attention to detail and high standards of excellence that set a project apart. We have taken great pains over the course of our growth to maintain a balanced, experienced and motivated staff in all areas of commercial construction and to develop expertise in new construction techniques as they emerge. The staff is dedicated and committed to the founding philosophy of the company which focuses on servicing Cannon's Clients. We are specialists in creating new or renovated spaces for the business, financial and retail community. Such projects include offices, data processing facilities, financial institutions, and service installations. Approximately 75 percent of our work comes through referrals from Clients, Architects and Interior Designers that Cannon has previously served.
