As a member of the Boost Healthcare Consulting team, you will become an expert in the complex reimbursement methodology between hospital systems and insurance companies. Associates are assigned to projects based on past experience as well as professional interests, and work closely with Senior Associates on the revenue recovery process from start to finish. Associates learn the foundations of Boost’s coordinated and targeted approach to recovering revenue and improving overall revenue cycle performance. You will also have the opportunity to attend quarterly client meetings and present high-impact findings to hospital CFOs and leadership teams.
