What Is Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics Group?
Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics is a premier provider of orthotic and prosthetic services and products. Bionic was founded in December of 2007. With more than 20 offices across Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, Arizona and Kentucky, Bionic is a fully accredited Orthotic and Prosthetic facility. Bionic currently employs certified and state licensed practitioners, representing expertise in all specialties, including lower and upper limb prostheses; lower/ upper limb and spinal orthotics for all kinds of neuro-musculo-skeletal disorders; pediatric orthotic conditions, such as scoliosis; cranial plagiocephaly and other pediatric pathologies; functional electrical stimulation (FES) technology for foot and wrist drop. Within the group, our combined clinical experience and technical expertise has contributed to our accomplishments and helped us deliver successful outcomes. We attend various continuing education courses to stay abreast of the latest technologies. This allows us to offer the most appropriately designed devices for our patients. We operate an in house state-of-the-art prosthetic central fabrication facility equipped with hi-tech equipment and tools with a team of highly skilled technicians. This enables us to create high quality customized prostheses with faster turnaround time. We provide no charge value-added services including initial patient consultations, routine follow-up visits, phone consultations, and meetings with the physicians and therapists whenever required to facilitate and speed up the treatment process. We participate in and are credentialed with most insurance companies for reimbursement for devices and services. We support patients in obtaining insurance approvals and assist in identifying alternate funding as needed, helping patients negotiate these often taxing and elaborate processes.
