We believe strongly in staff development to prepare everyone for the challenges of doing outstanding work for demanding clients. These learning opportunities frequently come from collaboration with colleagues in the ASG studios, but there are many formal offerings as well. The ASG Academy is led by a group of staff members who organize sessions with other staff members or outside experts as speakers. One recent example is the sustainability seminar prepared by the ASG landscape studio.
