Leuterio Thomas is an architectural engineering firm whose design excellence has been reputed since its founding in 2000. As a responsible member of society, the LT firm seeks to create sustainable design and continue its role as a corporate citizen of the world. The smaller size of the firm allows for hands on involvement by the principals along with a dedicated team of designers, engineers and architects. Our mission is to produce a superior project that surpasses the expectations of the client, challenges our skills, and allows us to create a thread of evolution in the built environment. We carry out this mission with dedication, diligence, and the utmost attention to the client’s desires. These characteristics have to complete over 800 projects from small renovations, to a $50 million project for the State of Maryland, to a theater development for the MGM Resort at National Harbor. What defines LT is our familiarity with many different building materials and projects, the fastidiousness with which we approach each new project and the way we facilitate a client’s desires into a concrete reality.
