Provided quick response by performing damage assessment services and construction details to begin the necessary repairs. UCSD McDonald Center Scripps Hospital - San Diego, California Performed forensic investigation of the building envelope system for moisture and water intrusion. Included analysis of existing building leaks and damage. Prepared report mitigation needs and resolution. Developed necessary remedial repair design and performed construction monitoring services.
