Agbayani Construction Corporation Revenue and Competitors

In 1984, with only 2 employees, namely: Vincent and Maria Agbayani, Agbayani Construction Corporation commenced its humble beginnings. A quality construction firm dedicated to custom, residential remodels and additions to existing structures. In expanding to General Construction and competitively bidding on commercial and government projects – Vincent Agbayani added the necessary elements to the company that would eventually become one of the largest minority owned construction firms in Northern California. More than 30 years of experience are exemplified by a constant desire for more education and information. An undergraduate of Engineering, Vincent Agbayani advanced through the ranks to become Chief Engineer at Lonestar industries. With his career path still ahead he developed a new process and attitude for the construction industry. Realizing the needs for both customer and worker, Agbayani saw a more complete picture of the industry elements necessary for efficiency and complete satisfaction – hence the beginning of Agbayani Construction Corporation. Since 1984, Vincent Agbayani and the Agbayani Construction Corporation have received numerous awards and certifications. Community and Industry aware, Agbayani serves as a National Bank Director, participated on a Small Business Regulatory Fairness Board and the Government Business Forum on Capital Formation. Vincent maintains a membership in many community groups and associations, such as the National Contractors Association, Asian American Contractors Association, Professional Housing Management Association, Park Partner Presidio National Park, National Banking Association, Society of Military Engineers, Filipino Engineers & Contractors Association, and the San Francisco Builders Exchange. Today, ACC employs over 250 people at various offices throughout the United States. Vincent and his wife Maria share their time and generosity with the community as well: donating services for the Recreation Center for the Handicap: serving as chair persons for the Filipino Community and National Historical Society; volunteering for the San Francisco Urban Forestry Association and generously providing financial support for many charitable organizations. ACC carries the same values and efforts as the people who operate it.
