AccessEAP brings 25 years' experience advising on best practice and management for the development of successful and comprehensive programs. These range from organisational services, short training intervention through to a complete, business-wide Employee Assistance Program (EAP).\r\n\r\nWe recognise each industry and workplace has its own unique culture, issues and challenges. Our partnering approach is to understand client needs and tailor services to provide the most appropriate support and prevent mental health issues in the workplace. \r\n\r\nWe are a member of the Access Network Australia (ANA), a large national EAP network with a wide geographical spread with 150 offices across all major cities and regional centres with over 850 counsellors across Australia. Our services are provided by fully qualified and registered Psychologist or accredited mental health Social Workers with minimum of 5 years post graduate supervised clinical experience. \r\n\r\nOur mission is to enable our customers to create a positive and productive workplace culture.\r\n\r\nAs a not for profit, or profit for purpose, company our profits are distributed to welfare programs directly and by the Curran Access Childrens Foundation to support children at risk in the community.
