We are 101 Ways - a product-focused technology consultancy based in London's tech city. Why we started We were started by our founder, Kelly Waters, when he was working as interim technology director for a large organisation. Kelly saw first-hand that companies can often struggle to create high performing teams quickly and effectively, something often hinders progress on business-critical digital projects. At 101 Ways, we build great teams to build great products. What we're about We work on the basis of hand-picking the best individuals for a specific project. We do this by through a combination of consulting, training and coaching. We typically start an assignment with an up-front assessment, this helps us make sure we set a project up for success. We lead - we take our client's vision and get it done. Our people are experts in digital and agile and provide leadership in product, technology and delivery. We do - we provide popup teams to deliver projects with our clients. Our teams are top quality people - sourced, selected and managed by us so our clients can ramp up fast and get stuff done.
