Waggoner Engineering, Inc. was established by Joe A. Waggoner, P.E., PLS in 1976. Since that time, Waggoner has grown to a staff of over 70 employees in four offices and has performed services in seven southeastern states. Currently, Waggoner is actively engaged in services in Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, and California. Civil Engineering & Surveying is a broad field that encompasses many specialty areas of practice. With over 25 engineers on the professional staff, Waggoner has specialized capability and experience in each area of practice.
