Due to market polarisation and the need to reduce cost, outsource non-core activities of their business, fleet operators were looking for tyre companies to take more ownership. Recognising the need, Glenn Sherwood, with over 30 years experience in the truck/tyre business, started this unique niche market business in 1996 with two second-hand vans and a small base in Winchester.
