Clarke Consulting Group (CCG) assists corporate clients to improve performance with strategies for leadership and internal cohesion across functional, cultural or geographic boundaries. We work on cross-boundary integration and also on building leadership and management systems that may be underdeveloped as the result of barriers within the company. Our programs improve performance by:Training leaders to engage and mobilize the workforce around a unified direction. Leaders learn to communicate a consistent and meaningful message of where the company is going (vision), how it's getting there (values) and how individual activities can be more closely linked to the company's direction and priorities.
