In 1989, Better Tomorrows' foundation began when an affordable housing owner and developer Mike Levitt invested in a new approach to property management for low-income communities under the leadership of Jacqueline "Jackie" Jones. In 2013, Better Tomorrows was incorporated as an independent non-profit organization, delivering case management and community programming focused around four core outcome areas: 1) Economic Stability, 2) Educational Success, 3) Healthy Lifestyles, and 4) Strong Communities.
