What Is Better Tomorrows?

In 1989, Better Tomorrows' foundation began when an affordable housing owner and developer Mike Levitt invested in a new approach to property management for low-income communities under the leadership of Jacqueline "Jackie" Jones. In 2013, Better Tomorrows was incorporated as an independent non-profit organization, delivering case management and community programming focused around four core outcome areas: 1) Economic Stability, 2) Educational Success, 3) Healthy Lifestyles, and 4) Strong Communities. Better Tomorrows' is led by the national office senior leadership team listed below and a number of Assistant Directors and Social Service Coordinators nationwide. - Howard Tucker, President & CEO - Nelson Morgan, Strategic Partner for Corporate Operations - Annie Foster, Director of New Business Development - Patricia Schwartz, Director of Service & Program Delivery Today, Better Tomorrows provides supportive services for children, youth, families and seniors at affordable housing communities across the country, including more than 100 of Michaels’ affordable properties.The multi-service organization supports over 40,000 low-income youth, adults, and seniors in 121 affordable housing communities across the country.
