Siza Water (RF) (Pty) Ltd is the water service provider of the Dolphin Coast in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. The company was founded in 1999 and is based in the beautiful coastal town of Ballito. Siza Water is part of the South African Water Works Group. As a service provider of the iLembe District Municipality, Siza Water has been serving its communities for more than two decades with excellence and was awarded the prestigious accolade of being South Africa’s Best Water Service Provider, per the Department of Water & Sanitation’s 2014 Blue Drop audit. During the devastating 2014 drought when taps ran dry and dams nationwide were on the brink of failure, Ballito’s saving grace was a state-of-the art water recycling plant that was built by Siza to augment the water supply to its customers. This initiative not only ensured uninterrupted potable water supply to customers, but also ensured the area’s economic developments continued uninterrupted.
