Carol Enters List Company (CELCO), was founded in 1981 by Ms. Enters, a vanguard leader of the nonprofit direct mail fundraising community. Led by owners Barbara Sims and Dottie Parham, CELCO has built a strong client base while establishing a solid reputation for superior service and sound, knowledgeable fundraising expertise. The CELCO staff includes fourteen dedicated professionals with over 75 years of combined direct marketing experience, including our newest additions to the owner/management team, Kelly Leech and Andrew Giffen.
