Richmond, the capital of Virginia, has the largest concentration – with six regional HCA Virginia-branded hospitals and two free-standing emergency centers. The Southwest Virginia is served by four regional LewisGale-branded hospitals, and the Northern Virginia market has three hospitals and one free-standing emergency center, which will be opening as a fully-functional hospital in December 2015.\r\n\r\nThe Capital Division is also home to many award-winning specialty facilities, with expertise in Cancer Care, Cardiovascular Care, Behavioral Health, Surgical Services, and innovative technologies.
