If you're expecting Northland’s psychology curriculum to be built around ponderous textbooks, sterile white coats, and lugubrious lectures on Viennese theorists, prepare to be surprised. In fact, you may have trouble catching up with most Northland psych majors. Some may be attending staff meetings of caseworkers at a local mental health agency, discussing diagnoses, medication levels, and other needs of clients.
