Since 1942, the Maine Public Employees Retirement System (MainePERS) has helped public employees prepare for retirement. \n\nIn addition to administering public pension plans, we also offer Disability Retirement, Group Life Insurance, and tax-deferred retirement savings programs for many of our participating member employers.
