Richards Insurance Agency, Inc. provides a complete line of insurance products: personal lines insurance, commercial lines insurance, in addition to life and health products for individuals and groups. We also offer certain consulting, retirement and financial services. In order to provide you or your organization with the products and services you've asked for, we may need to know confidential information about you, your employees or your organization. We believe that information personal to you, your employees or your organization should be respected and protected. We are committed to protecting this information and using it only as appropriate to provide you with the best possible service, products and opportunities. This privacy statement describes our information practices and policies. Much of the information we need comes directly from you or your employees; things like social security numbers, addresses and phone numbers. But, we may also have to find out more about you or your organization from other sources. For instance, to quote personal insurance, standard consumer reports will be ordered from the motor vehicle department or other independent reporting sources as part of processing your application. We routinely obtain a record of accident claims and violations on auto insurance, and claims, home value and condition for homeowner insurance.
