Utilizing the PCT Network offers patent attorneys the opportunity to: Simplify the foreign filing process Insure quality oversight Reduce costs Receive a steady stream of new business The Network makes no request of exclusivity and there is no annual membership fee. Requirements for joining the network are sending in an initial case for processing and a one-time $250 administrative fee payable once the PCT Network has sent you its' first case in return.
