The PCT Network represents a worldwide network of patent attorneys looking to create meaningful, reciprocal relationships while simultaneously streamlining the PCT national phase entry and European Validation process. Members of the Network include law firms ranging from sole practitioners to large international law firms and are represented in over 70 countries. Utilizing the PCT Network offers patent attorneys the opportunity to: Simplify the foreign filing process Insure quality oversight Reduce costs Receive a steady stream of new business The Network makes no request of exclusivity and there is no annual membership fee. Requirements for joining the network are sending in an initial case for processing and a one-time $250 administrative fee payable once the PCT Network has sent you its' first case in return. Upon sending in your first case, you should expect a return case within approximately 90 days.
