MatchWorks commenced in 1998 in Geelong and west Melbourne with eight staff, providing services to around 1500 people looking for work. Today, MatchWorks is Victoria's largest employment services provider with 23 offices throughout the state. In the 2010/2011 financial year, MatchWorks supported over 20,000 people looking for work.
