MatchWorks is a Job Services Australia and Disability Employment Services provider, providing services on behalf of the Federal Government and the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations. MatchWorks is a not-for-profit organisation and believes the difference between MatchWorks and standard service is our willingness to go the extra mile. MatchWorks has a genuine commitment to supporting people and supporting the community in which it operates. MatchWorks commenced in 1998 in Geelong and west Melbourne with eight staff, providing services to around 1500 people looking for work. Today, MatchWorks is Victoria's largest employment services provider with 23 offices throughout the state. In the 2010/2011 financial year, MatchWorks supported over 20,000 people looking for work.
