ECI assists clients with bomb incident management and searches (including explosive detection dog services), development of planning, assessment, training, employee awareness, facility hardness and equipment resources to maximize incident prevention and response capabilities. Our Canine Detection Teams currently protect some of the nation’s most critical infrastructure including sensitive government facilities.. ECI is the recipient of the Department of Homeland Security’s SAFETY ACT certification and designation in qualified anti-terrorism technology. ECI provides the most experienced and qualified explosive detection canine teams in the industry. The company is operated and managed by a diverse team of professionals whose qualifications range from Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technicians, Project Trainers EOD/HAZMAT, Emergency Medical Technician, and Certified Environmental Trainer. ECI trainers are former military canine supervisors qualified as MWD trainers. All ECI senior management are certified in Homeland Security at Level V, and holds current DOD SCI Top Secret Clearance. ECI’s commitment to service excellence is reflected in its long-term partnerships with our government clients.
