The company is operated and managed by a diverse team of professionals whose qualifications range from Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technicians, Project Trainers EOD/HAZMAT, Emergency Medical Technician, and Certified Environmental Trainer. ECI trainers are former military canine supervisors qualified as MWD trainers. All ECI senior management are certified in Homeland Security at Level V, and holds current DOD SCI Top Secret Clearance.
