The Company's three operating segments are: Professional Hair Care Products and Distribution, Retail Personal Care Products and Manufacturing. The Professional segment generally consists of a customer base of distributors that purchase its hair care products and beauty and barber supplies for sale to salons and barbershops. The customer base for the Retail segment is mass merchandisers, chain drug stores and supermarkets.
