ICL was later acquired by SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories (SBCL) in 1988. SBCL was subsequently acquired by Quest Diagnostics in 1999. MVH Enterprises, formerly Fidelity Prescriptions and Complete Home Care, Inc., is a for-profit subsidiary of MedAmerica Health System Corporation (the parent company of Miami Valley Hospital).
