Our Sydney site in the Asia-Pacific region, BlueLink International Australia, opened in Sydney in June 2009 to manage customer contacts for its partner, Club Med. That same year, the centre inaugurated a new contact-centre floor in order to manage the operations of two major BlueLink Clients, each a key player in their respective industries: Air France KLM (air transport) and Accor (hotel business).
Opened 7 days a week and 365 days a year, BlueLink International Australia is currently serving 14 countries: Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, New Zealand, Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, French Polynesia and New Caledonia
