The new Brookwood Management will service the region’s multi-family, senior living facility, commercial, and receivership management needs. The strength and history of these two firms creates an even stronger presence being joined by affiliated groups NAI Spring, as a commercial real estate brokerage, and Lemmon & Lemmon, as a developer. Collectively, the groups employ more than 500 employees in Ohio with anticipated growth to 600+ employees in the next few years.
